Maria Piedade

My interest in volunteering with Project Forgotten Child began after meeting Sister Judith Costa and learning about the organization’s dedicated work. The cause of uplifting underprivileged children in Angola and Mozambique by providing vital resources and support deeply resonates with my roots. Having been born on the small island of São Miguel, Azores to a low-income family, I remember what it was like to go without. This personal background inspires me to give back and support the mission of Project Forgotten Child.
